Mobile Community Acquisition Specialist

Beatgrid is redefining cross-media measurement with breakthrough deep-tech innovation, built on our own Automatic Content Recognition (ACR) technology. We're looking for a hands-on Senior Community Acquisition Specialist to scale Beatgrid's mobile panel across multiple countries, executing and optimizing multi-channel acquisition strategies - combining paid media, affiliate networks, ASO, and partnership growth initiatives - to drive high-quality panelist acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for Beatgrid's B2C brands 'Media Rewards' and 'Jagger', executing App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies, applying App Event Optimization (AEO) and chatbot-driven conversion tactics, managing affiliate networks and partnership collaborations, and tracking performance metrics (CPA, retention, ROI). Requires 5+ years of hands-on user acquisition experience, strong command of Meta Ads and Google Ads, and fluency in English and Dutch. Hybrid role based in The Hague. Applicants must hold a valid visa to work in the Netherlands.
