Supervisor, Inventory Control

In May 2026, we opened our new distribution center in Amsterdam. We are currently building up our operations and are looking for colleagues who want to grow with us. From this location, we support the logistics processes of an international fashion brand.

We’re looking for a colleague to join our new warehouse team in Amsterdam in the position of Warehouse Coordinator.  

In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily inbound/outbound inventory operations, resolve customer issues, and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What we are looking for: 
 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a team within a warehouse or distribution environment

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. 

• Proven ability to manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment. 

• Fluency in English and any other language skills are a plus. 

• Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The typical salary range for this position is: €32.954 - €44.750 (paid on 13^-month salaries + holiday allowance)
 

 The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills and experience. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.

• Managing daily picking & packing processes

• Oversee inbound process of goods

• Investigate and resolve inventory variances, overages, shortages, and damages.

• Act as a liaison between warehouse teams, customer service, and clients to resolve inventory-related issues.

• Manage customer claims and coordinate scrapping of obsolete or end-of-life inventory.

• Provide training on inventory systems (PKMS) and ensure compliance with company policies.
