Then we would love to have you join us!</p><br /><h1></h1><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Solutions (Web & Martech Platforms) to join our centralized Web & Martech Hub within the Data, Digital & AI organization. The role will play a key part in enabling Genmab's EU and International digital expansion while driving adoption and effective use of our enterprise Web and Martech platforms.</p><br /><p>As a member of the Hub team, this role will partner with regional Spoke teams and cross-functional stakeholders to translate market needs into scalable platform capabilities, enable adoption of common standards and reusable solutions, and support the continued evolution of our Web and Martech ecosystem, including the implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Edge Delivery Services.</p><h1></h1><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Serve as a key Hub partner for EU and International Web & Martech initiatives, working with regional stakeholders to understand market needs and enable successful adoption of enterprise digital platforms and capabilities.</li><li>Support the continued expansion of Genmab's Hub-and-Spoke model by enabling regional teams to effectively consume Hub-provided platforms, reusable components, standards, and delivery practices.</li><li>Play a key role in the implementation and evolution of AEM and Edge Delivery Services, including planning, prioritization, and enablement of reusable components and capabilities required across global and regional websites.</li><li>Partner closely with the Platform Architect, Design Agency of Record, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to translate business and market requirements into scalable and reusable Web capabilities.</li><li>Support platform management and enablement across the broader Web & Martech ecosystem, including AEM, Salesforce Experience Cloud, GA4/GTM, OneTrust, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other supporting technologies.</li><li>Partner with Data Privacy, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, Design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure platform capabilities and implementations align with enterprise, security, privacy, and design standards.</li><li>Work with technology and delivery partners, including HCL, to coordinate platform enhancements, component development, market enablement, and implementation activities.</li><li>Identify common requirements across markets and promote reuse of components, templates, integrations, and established platform patterns rather than market-specific solutions.</li><li>Support platform roadmaps, demand prioritization, adoption tracking, and continuous improvement based on business needs and market feedback.</li><li>Develop and maintain platform guidance, playbooks, and enablement materials to help Spoke teams adopt Web & Martech capabilities consistently and efficiently.</li><li>Act as a bridge between EU/International stakeholders and the broader Web & Martech Hub, ensuring requirements, dependencies, risks, and decisions are effectively coordinated.</li></ul><h1></h1><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>12+ years of experience in digital platforms, enterprise Web, Martech, product/platform management, technology delivery, or related roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise Web platforms, component-based development, and modern digital delivery practices.</li><li>Experience working with global and regional stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations.</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform capabilities and coordinate across architecture, engineering, design, business, and delivery teams.</li><li>Experience working with Agile delivery models and external technology or implementation partners.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to combine sufficient technical depth with strong business, platform management, and delivery capabilities.</li></ul><br /><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience with Adobe Experience Manager / Edge Delivery Services, Salesforce Experience Cloud, or comparable enterprise CMS/DXP platforms.</li><li>Exposure to Martech technologies such as GA4, GTM, OneTrust, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.</li><li>Experience with reusable component libraries, design systems, or component-driven Web development.</li><li>Experience with Hub-and-Spoke or other federated platform operating models.</li><li>Experience supporting European and/or international digital initiatives and working across multiple markets.</li></ul><br /><p>The proposed gross annual/monthly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:</p>EUR0,00---0,00<br /><br /><p>The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.</p><p>In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.</p><p>When you join Genmab, you become a part of a culture that supports your physical, financial, social, and emotional well-being.
