Wat we weten over deze vacature
Are you a customer service wizard with a love for hospitality and a commercial mindset? Then keep reading!
Zoku is a home for business travelers who want to live in a city for anywhere from a few days to a few months. We’re not your typical business hotel: we offer a relaxed place to stay, work and meet new people, while helping residents feel connected to the local scene. Our fresh take on hospitality has been recognized around the world with plenty of press attention and design awards.
We’re also proudly B Corp certified at all four of our locations (Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris and Vienna), which means we hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to social and environmental impact, transparency and accountability. At Zoku, you’ll join an international team of driven, proactive and fun-loving people who all share one thing: a passion for connecting people across the globe.
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in hotel reservations/ reception or a service-oriented role.
You are fluent in English; other languages, such as French, German and Dutch, are a big plus.
You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for the Netherlands.
You are fully flexible / no fixed working days/hours.
You are available full-time, 40 hours per week.
WHAT WE ARE PROUD OF
Zoku combines the energy of a lifestyle brand with the warmth of a close knit team. We challenge traditional hospitality by creating spaces where people genuinely connect, whether they’re staying for one night or several months.
Next to our award-winning design and our global press fan club, we’re proud to be a certified B Corp across all our locations, meaning we care deeply about people, community, and doing business with a heart (not just as a marketing line).
WHAT THE ZOKU?!
We’re Zoku. Designed for the new generation of business travelers, we’re so much more than a long stay hotel. We’re a place you can call your second home, even on your first visit. We’ve created a hive of private Lofts and rooftop Social Spaces, so you can stay connected and well rested as you live and work throughout Europe. Throw yourself into your work and play, and effortlessly discover one of our home cities. It will be your home city next.
READY? Hit apply and tell us why this role — and Amsterdam — has your name on it.
A market-conform salary starting at €2,600 gross per month based on a full-time position, depending on your experience and know-how.
Cool benefits and perks, including various discounts, friends & family rates at all Zoku locations, discounted fitness offers, and a Swapfiets or travel allowance for your 1 km+ commute, as well as access to regular social events, after-work drinks and much more.
Opportunity to take part in volunteering activities during working hours.
A role at one of the 25 coolest hotels in the world, designed to feel like a second home and driven by purpose, while helping to shape the future of hospitality.
A workplace where your ideas matter and your impact is visible every day.
A fun, young and international team, with colleagues from all over the world and plenty of opportunities to connect and learn from each other.
You’ll engage with fascinating residents, partners, and bookers across all Zoku locations and play a key role in driving sales by converting inquiries into bookings. Get ready to build a loyal fanbase that will be forever devoted to Zoku, ensuring they'll never want to book or stay anywhere else in the city.
You will work from our Support Office in Amsterdam and will report to our Reservations Manager.
