The service
JobThing is a free job listing service. We do not charge you anything, and if that ever changes we will tell you before it applies to you. By using it you agree to the following.
- Job information is collected automatically from employers and the IND public register. We work hard on accuracy but do not guarantee that any listing is current, complete or that an employer will sponsor a visa for a given role. Always check the employer's own page.
- We are not a party to any application or employment relationship and we do not provide immigration advice.
- You may not scrape, resell or bulk-download the listings, or use the service to send unsolicited messages.
- Accounts are personal. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, and you can delete yours at any time in settings.
- Emails are sent only if you switch them on, and every email has an unsubscribe link. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for loss caused by relying on a listing, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability, such as for intent or deliberate recklessness, or for anything that mandatory consumer law gives you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Complaints, law and changes
If something is wrong, email us and we will answer within a reasonable time, normally within two weeks. Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country, and you can bring a dispute to the Dutch court or the court where you live.
We may change these terms. The date above tells you when, and for a change that matters we will tell you in the service before it applies.
