Questions about starter jobs

How many starter jobs are open right now?

548 at the moment, every one from an employer on the IND Public Register of Recognised Sponsors. A job leaves this page when the employer takes the posting down.

Can these employers sponsor my visa?

Yes. Being on the IND register means the employer may apply for a highly skilled migrant (kennismigrant) residence permit on your behalf. Whether a particular role comes with sponsorship is the employer's decision; the relocation badge marks postings that say so themselves, and we quote the sentence.

What salary do I need for a highly skilled migrant visa in 2026?

From 1 January 2026 the IND requires a gross monthly salary of €5,942 if you are 30 or older, €4,357 if you are under 30, and €3,122 for recent graduates of Dutch universities and orientation-year holders. Holiday allowance is not counted in these amounts.

Is there a lower salary threshold for graduates?

Yes. Graduates of a Dutch university, and people on an orientation year permit, qualify for the reduced criterion of €3,122 gross per month in 2026 when they start within three years of graduating.
