About the role

As Contracts & Procurement (C&P) Analyst you support our technical teams (projects, drilling, marine and more) in running procurement from first requirement to final payment. You prepare RFQs, compare bids, set up and follow up contracts and purchase orders, and keep our C&P data accurate. Day to day you work with colleagues in HQ Supply Chain (Shipping, Stock Management and others) and with our subsidiaries, so goods and services arrive where they're needed. You report to the C&P Specialist.

What you'll do

  • Support project and discipline teams with day-to-day procurement

  • Prepare and coordinate RFQs, follow up with suppliers and handle clarifications

  • Support bid evaluations, prepare bid comparisons and award recommendations

  • Create and maintain POs and contracts in the ERP system, including amendments, extensions and renewals

  • Track POs and contracts from award through delivery, invoicing, payment and close-out, and help resolve discrepancies

  • Keep contract databases, PO trackers and procurement dashboards up to date, and monitor key dates such as expiries and deliveries

  • Produce regular C&P reports and basic spend, supplier, PO and contract analyses

  • Support supplier sourcing, onboarding, qualification and performance monitoring

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree (HBO or WO) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Engineering or a related field. MBO-4 with solid procurement experience, or equivalent experience, is also considered.

  • 2–5 years' experience in procurement, contracts, purchasing or supply chain

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an eye for detail

  • Good command of ERP systems and Excel

  • Business-level English; Dutch and/or French is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of RFQ and tender processes, purchase-to-pay, commercial terms and Incoterms 2020

  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working with suppliers and colleagues across cultures

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP MM and/or IFS

  • Background in offshore, marine, oil & gas or another technical environment

  • Procurement, supply chain or contract management certification
