This role is a key part of the Global REFM (Real Estate & Facilities Management) team, reporting to the Senior Construction Project Manager. You will be instrumental in delivering the strategic agenda for Mars Petcare's 2030 goals. You'll work in a dynamic environment, covering the North West Europe region (France, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway) and collaborating closely with architects, engineers, the Senior Cost and Programme Manager, and Regional PMO teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
8+ years in a Construction Project Delivery leadership role with proven success in delivering projects on time and to budget.
Strong knowledge of EU, French, Danish, Dutch, Belgian, and Swedish construction health and safety legislation.
Experience with diverse project types, including developer-led projects, greenfield, refurbishments, and asset replacement roll-outs.
Willingness to travel across Europe as required for project success.
Nice to have: Pan-European project scope experience and multilingual skills (especially English + French / Dutch / Danish / Swedish) are strong assets.
