Cybersecurity architecture and risk management: Establish, govern, and enforce company-wide security policies and zero-trust architectures. Oversee threat detection, incident response plans, and secure data handling procedures. Conduct regular risk assessments, penetration tests, and vendor security audits.
Defense and aviation compliance: Lead compliance across global frameworks including ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and ITAR/DFARS controls. Protect sensitive defense and aviation customer data against evolving threats. Partner with external auditors and compliance assessors to maintain top certifications.
Global infrastructure and cloud operations: Oversee network resilience, cloud environments, and hybrid workplace hardware deployments. Manage enterprise identity systems like Azure AD and Entra ID. Run routine disaster recovery testing to guarantee operational stability across sites.
Leadership and executive advisory: Serve as the primary tech advisor to executive leadership on digital investments and cybersecurity risks. Questions about management jobs in Delft
How many management jobs in Delft are open right now?
7 at the moment, every one from an employer on the IND Public Register of Recognised Sponsors. A job leaves this page when the employer takes the posting down.
Can these employers sponsor my visa?
Yes. Being on the IND register means the employer may apply for a highly skilled migrant (kennismigrant) residence permit on your behalf. Whether a particular role comes with sponsorship is the employer's decision; the relocation badge marks postings that say so themselves, and we quote the sentence.
What salary do I need for a highly skilled migrant visa in 2026?
From 1 January 2026 the IND requires a gross monthly salary of €5,942 if you are 30 or older, €4,357 if you are under 30, and €3,122 for recent graduates of Dutch universities and orientation-year holders. Holiday allowance is not counted in these amounts.
Do I need to speak Dutch to work in Delft?
Not for the jobs shown here: by default these are postings in English that do not ask for Dutch. If you speak Dutch, the listings in Dutch or asking for Dutch open up many more roles at the same sponsors.
