About the role

About the role

📍Eindhoven (3 days in office) | 🗓️ 40hrs per week

What you will do

As a Junior Quantitative Business Analyst, you are first and foremost a builder. You design and build AI agents, AI workflows, automations and data solutions that boost internal efficiency and power decision-making across Sendcloud.

You won't do this alone. You'll be part of the wider OPS team of ~15 QBAs, and our own team of data engineers helps run our solutions on AWS. We have a very flat hierarchy and a pleasant, informal culture. That means lots of knowledge sharing sessions, colleagues who are always happy to help and spar, and plenty of social activities both during and outside of work.

What you will do

As a junior, you'll start on well-scoped projects alongside experienced QBAs who coach you and review your work, and you'll take on more ownership as you grow.

  • You’re a key player in the full journey from end to end. You sit with stakeholders to understand the business problem, then you design the solution, build and implement it, and keep optimising it once it's live.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, using it to deliver value early and iterate fast, because meaningful long-term impact starts with small, pragmatic wins.

  • You're business savvy and a clear communicator, so you bridge the gap between tech and business by translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.

What you get

💸 Salary - Starting from €42,900 annually, which includes an 8% holiday allowance.

🧠 Brain Benefits - €2,000 learning budget · Courses, certifications & conferences ·
Growth in an international team

🌴 Time Benefits - 28 days of paid vacations per year · Extra day off on your birthday ·
Swap public holidays for meaningful ones

✈️ Sabbatical Benefits - 4 weeks fully paid every 3 years

🏡 Home Benefits - Flexible hybrid model (3+ days/week in office) · €500 home office
budget

💪 Body Benefits - Company gym · Free lunch every Monday · Fresh fruit · Barista coffee

🚌 Travel Benefits - Monthly commuting allowance

🪑 Future Benefits - Pension scheme · Employee discount programs

🐾 Vibe Benefits - Dog-friendly office · After-hours drinks at the Sendcloud Bar

💡 Optional: Add any role-specific perks here (e.g. travel budget, uncapped commission, on-call allowance).

Questions about starter jobs in Eindhoven

How many starter jobs in Eindhoven are open right now?

41 at the moment, every one from an employer on the IND Public Register of Recognised Sponsors. A job leaves this page when the employer takes the posting down.

Can these employers sponsor my visa?

Yes. Being on the IND register means the employer may apply for a highly skilled migrant (kennismigrant) residence permit on your behalf. Whether a particular role comes with sponsorship is the employer's decision; the relocation badge marks postings that say so themselves, and we quote the sentence.

What salary do I need for a highly skilled migrant visa in 2026?

From 1 January 2026 the IND requires a gross monthly salary of €5,942 if you are 30 or older, €4,357 if you are under 30, and €3,122 for recent graduates of Dutch universities and orientation-year holders. Holiday allowance is not counted in these amounts.

Do I need to speak Dutch to work in Eindhoven?

Not for the jobs shown here: by default these are postings in English that do not ask for Dutch. If you speak Dutch, the listings in Dutch or asking for Dutch open up many more roles at the same sponsors.

Is there a lower salary threshold for graduates?

Yes. Graduates of a Dutch university, and people on an orientation year permit, qualify for the reduced criterion of €3,122 gross per month in 2026 when they start within three years of graduating.
