Start date: February 2027

Assignment duration: 6 months

Location: Veghel

Education level: Bachelor / Master

Desired study: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business IT & Administration, Data Science

Language: Dutch / English

Description of assignment

How do you turn scattered information into clear insights that help an organization make better decisions? Within Corporate Quality, you will support several initiatives aimed at strengthening and further developing an integrated management system.

During this internship, you will investigate selected topics from beginning to end. You will search for relevant documents, data, existing practices, standards and examples. You will also identify process owners, subject-matter experts and other stakeholders and speak with them to close information gaps. You will structure and analyze your findings, compare different perspectives and turn the evidence into clear decision support.

Your work goes beyond research and analysis. You will use your findings to help the team develop practical options for processes, governance models, standards, tools and implementation approaches. This gives you the opportunity to see how research and analysis can directly support decisions and improvements within an international organization

Department description

You will join the Corporate Quality team, which is part of Corporate QHSE. The team supports the development of Vanderlande's global management system and Quality governance. Its work covers cross-functional topics such as process architecture, documented information, management reviews, certification, nonconformity and CAPA, Quality systems and implementation governance.

You will work directly with the Management System Architect and collaborate with colleagues from Quality and other functions across the organization. The environment is international and project-based, with analysis being used to shape decisions, test concepts and develop solutions that can be implemented consistently in the business.

Questions about engineering & technical starter jobs

How many engineering & technical starter jobs are open right now?

135 at the moment, every one from an employer on the IND Public Register of Recognised Sponsors. A job leaves this page when the employer takes the posting down.

Can these employers sponsor my visa?

Yes. Being on the IND register means the employer may apply for a highly skilled migrant (kennismigrant) residence permit on your behalf. Whether a particular role comes with sponsorship is the employer's decision; the relocation badge marks postings that say so themselves, and we quote the sentence.

What salary do I need for a highly skilled migrant visa in 2026?

From 1 January 2026 the IND requires a gross monthly salary of €5,942 if you are 30 or older, €4,357 if you are under 30, and €3,122 for recent graduates of Dutch universities and orientation-year holders. Holiday allowance is not counted in these amounts.

Is there a lower salary threshold for graduates?

Yes. Graduates of a Dutch university, and people on an orientation year permit, qualify for the reduced criterion of €3,122 gross per month in 2026 when they start within three years of graduating.
