About the role

About the role

At DeltaQuad, we develop advanced UAV solutions for complex and demanding missions. Our technology combines hardware, software and engineering and is used by customers around the world.

As our international commercial activities continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Commercial Support Specialist to strengthen our Commercial team.

What you will do

As Junior Commercial Support Specialist, you’ll be part of our internal sales team and help keep our commercial organization running smoothly. You’ll support the day-to-day activities behind our international sales process, working closely with your colleagues within the Commercial team and supporting our Country Managers where needed.

One moment you might be preparing a quotation or handling an incoming commercial request, the next you could be checking delivery information, answering a pricing question or coordinating a request internally.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys organizing and coordinating, and takes initiative to get things done.

You’ll work with colleagues across DeltaQuad, including Operations, Finance, Engineering and Product.

What you get

  • Coaching and professional growth opportunities, with room to take on more responsibility

  • 27 vacation days (based on full-time employment)

  • A 38-hour workweek with flexible working hours

  • Travel reimbursement of €0.25/km or full reimbursement for public transport (2nd class)

  • An excellent pension scheme through the PME pension fund

  • An innovative, international and high-tech working environment

  • An open and informal company culture where your ideas are valued

  • Lunch provided by DeltaQuad, monthly team drinks and regular team activities

  • And, of course, the chance to work with some seriously exciting drone technology

Please note that, as part of our recruitment process, we may request a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and conduct a background screening in accordance with our screening policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation throughout this process.

What will you do?

  • Support the internal sales process with quotations, commercial documentation and customer requests

  • Support our Country Managers with commercial and administrative activities where needed

  • Manage and follow up on incoming commercial requests, including our general inbox

  • Help answer questions about pricing, lead times, products and internal processes

  • Coordinate requests between different departments and follow up on actions

  • Support day-to-day commercial and administrative activities

  • Help prepare trade shows, events and other commercial activities

  • Keep commercial information organized and up to date

Who are we looking for?

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to develop within an international commercial environment.

You may already have some experience from a first job, internship or relevant side job, but extensive experience is not required. What matters most is that you are curious, organized, proactive and eager to learn.

We’d also like you to bring:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive and hands-on attitude

  • Good communication skills

  • Professional proficiency in English

  • An interest in technology and complex technical products

  • Experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations or Customer Support is a plus, but not required

And perhaps most importantly: you should genuinely think it’s exciting to work with drones.

Questions about sales & business graduate jobs

How many sales & business graduate jobs are open right now?

16 at the moment, every one from an employer on the IND Public Register of Recognised Sponsors. A job leaves this page when the employer takes the posting down.

Can these employers sponsor my visa?

Yes. Being on the IND register means the employer may apply for a highly skilled migrant (kennismigrant) residence permit on your behalf. Whether a particular role comes with sponsorship is the employer's decision; the relocation badge marks postings that say so themselves, and we quote the sentence.

What salary do I need for a highly skilled migrant visa in 2026?

From 1 January 2026 the IND requires a gross monthly salary of €5,942 if you are 30 or older, €4,357 if you are under 30, and €3,122 for recent graduates of Dutch universities and orientation-year holders. Holiday allowance is not counted in these amounts.
