Sales & business internships at employers that can sponsor a visa

15 open sales & business internships (in English, no Dutch needed) at employers that can sponsor: 8 state a salary (most stated salaries are between €500 and €550 a month gross), and none mention relocation or visa support. The most openings are at Monday Merch (3), MatchWornShirt (2) and Abbott (1); there are also 33 postings in Dutch or asking for Dutch for the same search, not counted here. Related pages: hybrid sales & business jobs (77), engineering & technical internships (75) and sales & business starter jobs (52).

Being listed means the employer can sponsor, not that every role includes it; the relocation badge marks postings that say so. Every job links straight to the employer.

Internships at recognised sponsors. Non-EU students usually intern on a study permit; the same employers can sponsor a work permit later.

About the role

What you get

  • A challenging and meaningful assignment where you can really make an impact.
  • Professional guidance from experienced colleagues.
  • Room for personal and professional growth.
  • Insight into the operations of one of the most innovative companies in the food industry.
  • A friendly team with a pleasant, informal working atmosphere.
  • The opportunity to work partly from home.
  • Internship allowance of €400 per month (full-time, 40 hours per week).
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

Who are you?

  • You are a vocational or university student studying Data Science, IT, Business Administration, Commercial Economics or a related field.
  • You have an affinity for AI and data analysis, and are curious about applying these in a business context.
  • You take initiative, can work independently, and know how to gather information from different disciplines.
  • You have strong analytical skills.
  • You want to contribute to innovative solutions within complex sales processes.

The Background

Within our Sales Operations department, we observe a clear increase in the number of tender procedures. These processes are becoming increasingly complex and require a lot of manual work: sifting through documents, posing questions to various departments (sales, demand planning, engineering, procurement), collecting responses, and aligning commercially. This process is time consuming, prone to errors, and heavily reliant on the availability and knowledge of colleagues.

We aim to organize this more intelligently and future-proof by developing an AI-supported solution that accelerates, simplifies, and reduces dependence on manual input in tender processes.

The Assignment

During your internship, you will develop an AI knowledge database that centrally stores previously asked questions and answers. This will make tender processes faster, more efficient, and more consistent.

Among other tasks, you will work on:

  • Mapping the current tender process and identifying key bottlenecks.
  • Analyzing tender documents and information needs.
  • Investigating AI techniques such as natural language processing, semantic search, and machine learning.
  • Designing and building an initial version of the AI knowledge database.
  • Testing with real tender cases and evaluating results.
  • Delivering recommendations for implementation and scaling.

Your final deliverable will be a functioning prototype or proof-of-concept that directly contributes to improving our tender process.

What will you learn with us?

  • Applying AI technology in a practical, commercial context.
  • Working on a high-impact project with organization-wide effects.
  • Balancing technical possibilities with commercial interests.
  • Gaining experience within an international organization and collaborating with experts from sales, engineering, and IT.
  • Presenting your solution to stakeholders and management.

Questions about sales & business internships

How many sales & business internships are open right now?

15 at the moment, every one from an employer on the IND Public Register of Recognised Sponsors. A job leaves this page when the employer takes the posting down.

Can these employers sponsor my visa?

Yes. Being on the IND register means the employer may apply for a highly skilled migrant (kennismigrant) residence permit on your behalf. Whether a particular role comes with sponsorship is the employer's decision; the relocation badge marks postings that say so themselves, and we quote the sentence.

What salary do I need for a highly skilled migrant visa in 2026?

From 1 January 2026 the IND requires a gross monthly salary of €5,942 if you are 30 or older, €4,357 if you are under 30, and €3,122 for recent graduates of Dutch universities and orientation-year holders. Holiday allowance is not counted in these amounts.
