About the IRBD department
As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you will be part of the Investor Relations & Business Development (IRBD) team, a multidisciplinary team responsible for managing relationships with investors and clients, supporting fundraising activities, and coordinating the development and management of Triple Jump’s funds and mandates. The team works closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure accurate information flows, effective internal coordination, and compliant communication throughout the lifecycle of funds and mandates.
About the Role
As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you will support Triple Jump's Investor Relations, Business Development and Marketing (IRBD) team in strengthening the company's brand visibility and external communications. Working closely with our Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will contribute to content creation, digital marketing activities, event support, and communication initiatives that showcase Triple Jump's impact investing activities to investors, partners, and other stakeholders. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate communications, branding, and marketing within an international financial and impact investing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation and publication of content for Triple Jump's website, social media channels, newsletters, and other communication materials.
Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, brochures, reports, and conference collateral.
Help maintain and update digital communication channels to ensure content remains accurate and engaging.
Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, webinars, and stakeholder engagement activities
Contribute to social media planning, monitoring, and performance tracking.
Assist with market research, competitor benchmarking, and visibility tracking initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues across IRBD and other departments to collect stories, updates, and impact-related content.
Support branding and corporate identity initiatives by working with templates, presentations, and brand assets.

Requirements
You must be enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., business administration, finance, economics, communications, international development) for the duration of the internship (6-12months).
Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical way of working.
Able to work carefully with confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in English).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse team environment.
Interest in impact investing, financial inclusion, and sustainable development.
Adaptable and willing to support a range of functions, including operations, communications, and market development.
Comfortable using Canva and similar tools for designing presentations, social media content, marketing materials, and other visual communications.
Experience or interest in creating photos and videos for social media
Experience with Wordpress is a plus
